I'm Jay Gorasia — a Mumbai-based educator, published author, and designer working at the intersection of teaching, writing, and visual craft. My path started in the classroom over ten years ago, teaching K-12 students across every subject, and it grew from there: into English coaching, into two published books, into brand identity and presentation design, and into a personalised merchandise line I run under Jaygorasiaartist.
I spent three and a half years as Senior Photographer & Designer with Disney Cruise Line, and I received the Presidential Award from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam early in my career — two very different rooms, but the same instinct: pay obsessive attention to the person on the other side of the work, whether that's a student, a reader, or a brand.

I've taught all subjects — English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Arts — to K-12 students for over ten years, and I coach adults and working professionals on spoken English specifically.
